Overview
IOE Tracker collects the minimum information required to compile aggregate USCIS processing times: a case number and the case status information USCIS provides to you. There are no accounts, no identifying information is requested, and case numbers are never displayed publicly.
Information we collect
- Case number
- Stored to identify your case when you submit an update and to prevent the same case being counted twice. It is not displayed on the site, not included in any response sent to your browser, and not shared with third parties.
- Case status information
- The response you submit, as provided by USCIS. It is retained as-is so that additional derived fields can be computed later without asking you to submit again. Only the timeline is published: dates, form type, service center, and whether premium processing was used.
- Feedback you send us
- Your message, and contact details only if you choose to provide them so that we can reply.
Information we do not collect
No name, email address, date of birth, nationality, employer, or any detail about your immigration situation beyond what appears in the case status response. There are no accounts and no passwords. No advertising or third-party analytics trackers are used.
Cookies
Adding a case sets two cookies that record your contribution and grant access to the individual case timelines for a limited period. They contain no personal information and are used for no other purpose. No advertising or tracking cookies are set, which is why no consent prompt is shown.
Data removal
Send a message through the feedback link with your case number and it will be deleted along with its history. If you prefer not to include your case number in a message, say so and an alternative can be arranged.
Disclaimers
No government affiliation
IOE Tracker is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, connected to, or operated on behalf of USCIS, DHS, or any other government agency.
Not legal advice
The information on this site is a record of reported processing times. Processing times change and every case differs, so nothing here predicts the outcome or duration of any individual case. For advice about your own situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
