Submitted case details are aggregated to calculate processing timelines and statistics. Case identifiers are stored solely to associate milestone updates and prevent duplicate entries; they are never displayed publicly or exposed in outbound responses.

We use strictly functional cookies to record case contributions and manage temporary access to detailed timeline views. We also use a third-party analytics service, which sets its own cookies. It receives the page address only: never your case number, and never anything you submit. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Submitted data is retained to maintain accurate historical aggregates. You may request the removal of a case record at any time by contacting us through the feedback form.
